If the Purchaser is based in a country Outside the EU, all disputes deriving from the contract and from the General Conditions of Sale will be definitively resolved by a panel of one or more arbitrators according to the regulation of the Chamber of Arbitration of Florence at the Chamber of Commerce of Salerno.
The seat of the arbitration will be Salerno.
In all cases, we reserve the right to take action at the competent court of the Purchaser's office for actions aimed at recovering the credit. In this case the local law will apply.
