Validity

• Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Vouchers must be redeemed within this period, as extensions are not available.

Redemption

• Vouchers may be used toward accommodation, dining at Maestro’s, or curated Villa Treville experiences, as specified at the time of purchase.
• Reservations in advance are required, and redemption is subject to availability.
• Please note that blackout dates may apply during peak season and festive periods.

Usage

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Should your experience exceed the value of the voucher, the balance may be settled with any accepted method of payment.
• If your experience totals less than the voucher value, the remaining credit will be held until the original expiry date.

Presentation

• A valid voucher code must be provided when booking, and the original voucher presented upon arrival.

Care
