Diritto di recesso Il Venditore si riserva la facoltà di recedere dal contratto nel caso in cui, dopo la conferma dell’Ordine, gli pervengano informazioni commerciali relative all’Acquirente che, a suo insindacabile giudizio, sconsiglino l’esecuzione o la prosecuzione del contratto. L’esercizio di tale facoltà non attribuisce all’Acquirente alcun diritto al risarcimento danni o altro. 15. Legge applicabile e Foro competente Per qualsiasi controversia derivante dall’interpretazione ed esecuzione del contratto e delle Condizioni Generali di Vendita si applicherà la legge italiana e sarà competente esclusivamente il Foro di Salerno, con esclusione di qualsiasi altro foro concorrente o alternativo. Qualora l’Acquirente abbia sede in un Pese Extra UE, tutte le controversie derivanti dal contratto e dalle Condizioni Generali di Vendita saranno risolte in via definitiva da un collegio di uno o più arbitri secondo il regolamento della Camera Arbitrale di Firenze presso la Camera di Commercio di Salerno. Sede dell’arbitrato sarà Salerno In tutti i casi, ci si riserva il diritto di agire presso il foro competente della sede dell’Acquirente per azioni volte al recupero del credito. In tal caso troverà applicazione la legge locale.
